The woods were quiet and all seemed right for a change. The advance of the darkness seemed to halt, or at least change course from my chosen area of protection. I decided it was time to see if I could finally finish of the holder fight in the sewers.

I made my way to my vault for the items I’d saved for this night. I grabbed me extra wands and scrolls. Cain’t never be too prepared, can ya?

The sewers seemed as deserted as the woods. Well at least I didn’t have ta think about jumpers. One thing in me favor already. I decided ta by-pass all the little fights in between the entrance and my quest, so’s I invis’d up and went in. I made it to me destination with no damage and prepp’d up.

I readied me bow, tryin to take out at least one holder at long range before they could start their own attack. I knew it was a long shot, literally, it wasn’t magik’d, but I could still damage it a bit! I entered.

I entered and moved to the left out of range o-the-Holders and took aim. I hit the first one with 2 straight volleys afore the Banshees took offense, they ain’t got no sense a humor! Time ta Dim door up north now. I re-readied my shield and Tri and jumped north. They followed but I took’em out easily enough.

Now the Golems thought they were bein left outta the fun, so’s they follered me too. These I slowed with tha wands I brought jus fer them. When they finally got close ta me they jus weren’t fast nuff fer me Tri , ol Giantklr took’em out easily. Now jus the Holders remained. Time for the fun I hoped.

I lured’em up to me. They wouldn’t separate! I was hopin ta get at least one alone, oh well. I danced around till one got away from the others and re-caste haste, mine had run out. Took out me bow and fired away. I took it out! Yes!!!!!!! Only two left, maybe this time I do it!

The other two came a screamin and and pukin spells at me! Seems that was they dad I’d jus made fall to the ground. I tried ta explain I had ta do it an that I knew he’d be back, but they’d have none O-it! I ran at’em hopin ta get close enuff ta take another out. I managed ta get’em to hold off on spell’n me fer a round. Long enuff ta take out another!

I could see in the remain’n one eyes that she was madder…well, she was mad! We duked it out fer a couple rounds till..yep…the ol saves failed me! I slammed inta tha gate big time! But, I’d seenthe light at tha end-o-the-tunnel. I’d almost done it. So’s I went to Nashers ta rest up and headed back in!

This went on for eight more trips! Guess the candle was a might too weak to find the end-o-that tunnel! I was headed in fer number ten when I met up with Grimmy! He was a walkin around on his farewell tour. Seems he has ta head out to another realm ta help some other folks fer a bit. And he decided to help me out on me quest fer tha evening. Love ya Bro!

On our way in Grimmy got jumped by a little fellar what just got maxxed and was spoilin fer a fight! I ran in ta save me friend and promptly took the hold that was a meant fer him. A Banshee, I think related to the ones in the Holder area grinned at me as she sent me to the gate! The fight was over by the time I made it back. Ol Grimmy done survive the encounter! We decided to finish me quest and headed for the Holders.

As luck would have it, the Lil ol Jumper, Flashbakzz was already in there a playin with’em. We were a might testy watchin him, but still we asked if’n he needed help. He didnae answer fer quite awhile. We thought he mighta become a ghost, when he finally shouted fer help! We jumped inta save the one what tried ta kill us!

Sure enuff, he was just baitin us! Grimmy went after him while I tried to keep the Holders off’m. The Banshees took an immediate likin to my fellow page and wouldn’t follow me as I’da hoped. They was a playin at his back while he discussed the recent events with Flash, an how he needed ta be a might nicer around folks an such. I was takin out the golems whilst he did this.

Now ol Flash, he wouldnt stand still so’s Grimmy, he slows him done so’s he didnae have ta run while he talked with him. While all this was a gonin on I missed a Holder sneakin up on me! Critter dang near got me! Was the female what got me afor! She kpet me a might busy fer awhile.

Meanwhile, Flash had decided that maybe he had been a bit hasty in his pursuit of a fight earlier, Grimmy had scared the little fellar me thinks! He says he thinks maybe fightin Holders would be more fun! So’s we all takes after’em.

Well, ta make a long story short, hey fer me it is, only two pages! We won the day! Tenth try a charm. Alone I couldn’t beat’em, but with my old friend, and my new friend, I finally beat the Holders 0-the-sewers! That little ol thing called unity just keeps a sneakin in there! Together we stand, divided we fall.
